If at that point, you wish to engage us, and we are satisfied to be so engaged, we may send you a letter of engagement (known as a Section 150 Letter) and seek a retainer on account for fees. We will look for anti-money laundering documents at this point from you which is a regulatory requirement. It is only when your letter of engagement is signed that you will be a client of this office and we will be able to represent you in your matter.
